Kaija Matīss is a writer, performer and artist based in New York. She has a degree in Cultural Studies and Theater from the New School, an MFA in Performance and Interactive Media Arts from Brooklyn College, and an MFA in Creative Writing from Bennington College.
Some things she’s done: published jeffrey like a giant, Pacifica Literary Review, performed with Annie Dorsen, The Great Outdoors, and premiered Detritus, 2015 Slamdance Kodak Director’s prize winner. She regularly voices work with networks including MTV, CBS, and radio stations nationwide including kiisfm in LA.
