Kaija Matīss is a writer and artist based in New York. Kaija has a degree in Cultural Studies and Theater from the New School, an MFA in Performance and Interactive Media Arts from Brooklyn College, and she is currently an MFA candidate in Creative Writing at Bennington College.
Some things she’s done: published jeffrey like a giant, Pacifica Literary Review, performed with Annie Dorsen, The Great Outdoors, and premiered Detritus, 2015 Slamdance Kodak Director’s prize winner. She regularly voices work with networks including MTV, CBS, and radio stations including kiisfm in LA.
